Add interpretation after reading the numbers
The AI layer receives the calculated quantitative context and available supporting material. It can discuss products, competitive position, catalysts and qualitative risks that a ratio alone cannot explain. The output accompanies the numerical report; it is not a second authoritative valuation or a replacement for the underlying accounts.
Example: investigating a possible catalyst
If the commentary mentions a launch, refinancing or regulatory decision, check the original source and the date before using it in a thesis. An event marked for verification remains uncertain. Recent headlines help provide context, but a plausible narrative can still contain errors or omit material facts.
Know when an API request happens
The one-off €9.90 unlock enables AI features on your web account. Add your Gemini, Claude or DeepSeek key in Settings; web keys are stored encrypted and used by the server to contact your provider. Generation and explicitly requested translation use the provider's quota. Simply switching the interface language does not generate a new analysis. Prices and availability are controlled by your provider.

- Are AI requests included in the €9.90 payment?
- No. This payment unlocks the software feature. Your own provider account supplies model access and may charge separately for usage.
- Can I download the AI and quantitative report together?
- Yes. The PDF action includes the quantitative report and the available AI layers shown for that report. Check the language and generation date before sharing it.
- What if my provider stops offering a model?
- A valid key still needs access to an available model and sufficient quota. Update the configured model or use another supported provider; the software unlock does not guarantee external model availability.

Methodology, sources and authorship
Astro Trader is developed by Víctor Balcells. The stock model weights valuation (40%), quality and trend (30%), and timing (30%). Risk filters and data coverage accompany the result. Crypto and ETFs have their own models; exploratory cycles do not enter the fundamental stock score.
Market data comes from external providers, including Yahoo Finance; insider evidence links to SEC filings. Consult each report's dates, original sources and coverage: a missing observation is not a confirmed zero. AI text is generated commentary, not a statement written or verified by the author.
